Weight loss diet plan: Man lost 5.4 stone and shed belly fat for rippling six pack abs – Express


One man has revealed how he achieved his incredible weight loss on sharing site Reddit.

He has posted his snaps on the public forum celebrating his healthier body.

In one proud topless snap he showed off his slim and toned body.

The man has lost over five stone over the past five years.

Initially weighing 16.9 stone, he now weighs a much slimmer 11.4.

He revealed exactly how he did it to fellow Reddit users.

The man wrote: “Diet wise, I used MyFitnessPal and set it to lose 2lbs a week.”

MyFitnessPal is a popular diet app that is used by dieters to track the number of calories they eat.

He added: “While losing the weight I was running pretty religiously 4x a week.

“And to gain muscle I’ve been lifting for a little over a year. Im running a 6 day PPL split currently.”

“PPL split” refers to a method of weight training, which splits the body up and trains each section on a different day.

The dieter revealed exactly how many calories he ate a day to slim down.

“I kept around 1500 towards the end,” he said. “Started at like 1860 calories then slowly tapered down.”

Another weight loss diet success story has seen this woman lose six stone. 

Antonella Brollini went viral for her uncensored reviews online. She first lost four-and-a-half stone through exercise and healthy eating, before using a diet called “Do The Unthinkable”.

Forty-five year old Antonella was 22.5 stone and a size 28.

She’s now wearing a dress size 16/18 and is weighing in at 16.5 stone.

What’s more, she no longer has to take tablets for her Chronic Brittle Asthma, which meant she had to sleep using a machine for years and took around 34 pills a day.

On the 12 week Do The Unthinkable programme, Antonella enjoyed three nutritious meals a day, which took just minutes to cook, as well as three healthy snacks which totalled around 1,600 kcals a day.”
