THE MAIN PURPOSE OF THIS VIDEO IS TO MOTIVATE YOU GUYS!
The timeline, the fat%, the weight etc. doesn’t really matter.
The idea behind this video is to boost you up just a little more, so you can find the strength, the desire, the motivation for change.
Sometimes in life, you can loose the spark, the energy, the path to your goals. That was happening to me few months ago. I was so tired, so busy working 12-14 hours every single day, so caught up in my daily routine that I lost my path.
I stopped working out completely – the thing that was making me happy and was keeping my mind clear and relaxed.
You can clearly see how desperate I was in the beginning of the video. I was not feeling good and I had to take action about that.
The plan was not easy at all. During the challenge my schedule was insane:
I was waking up at 7am and going to bed at around 5am the next day. Basically I was sleeping 2-4 hours. Some days I was not sleeping at all. I was traveling back and forth to few countries working as an engineer and during night I was editing videos as part of my second job. With that schedule I had to squeeze 1 hour for workout (gym or outdoors) + few hours per 2-3 days for cooking + some extra hours per week for shopping, cleaning, washing, prepping etc.
Why I am telling you this?
It is not because I want to show off how busy I am.
It is because I want to show you that there is always a way.
I take no excuses. You can hate or appreciate what I do.
Anyways, I won’t stop.
